Beyond The Scale small-group cohorts require a minimum of three (3) enrolled participants to proceed as scheduled. If fewer than three participants enroll, you will be offered one of the following options:
Participants will be notified prior to the scheduled start date if minimum enrollment has not been met.
Due to the limited size and reserved nature of small-group cohorts, refunds are not provided once a cohort has begun. Enrollment secures your place in a structured coaching experience. Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Private coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.
If you are unable to participate after enrolling but before the cohort begins, written notice must be provided at least 7 days prior to the start date. In such cases, enrollment may be transferred to a future cohort at the discretion of the program.
One-to-one sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered used and are not eligible for rescheduling.
Live participation is encouraged to maintain the integrity of the group experience. Missed sessions are not refundable and may not be rescheduled individually.
Coaching services are not therapy and do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional care when needed.
Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout the program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in coaching services. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion.
Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of fellow cohort members. While the coach maintains professional discretion, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting.
